SCHC will offer three levels of Meeting Sponsorship and one level of Poster Sponsorship.

Register online - registration is non-transferable   -- The deadline to register has passed.

The Deadline to Register as a Sponsor is October 18th
(this allows you time to access the Pathable site and upload your materials)

 ALL MEETING SPONSORSHIP LEVELS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

• Non-exclusive sponsorship of the 2021 SCHC Annual Meeting (November 1-5, 2021)
• One meeting registration, to be specified during registration
• One customizable tradeshow booth in the Virtual Exhibit Hall
• Recognition as a meeting sponsor, with your company logo displayed on a sponsor page of the virtual conference (linking to your tradeshow booth)
• Recognition as a meeting sponsor on SCHC's website, newsletter, and social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook) with your logo and a link to your website
• Recognition in the meeting agenda as a sponsor of the virtual meeting

LEVELS OF MEETING SPONSORSHIP: 

  SILVER LEVEL - $500 – includes all of the above

  GOLD LEVEL - $1,000 – includes all of the above PLUS

• Dedicated presentation time where you may present a technical topic or showcase your services – open to all attendees at a designated time, not in conflict with any other presentations.

  PLATINUM LEVEL - $1,500 – includes all of the above PLUS 

• Access to the list of meeting attendees who opt in for such release.

POSTER SPONSORSHIP
$500 (unlimited) non-exclusive sponsorship of the 2021 SCHC Poster Session (November 1-5, 2021) includes the following:

• One (1) meeting registration, to be specified during online registration
• One (1) customizable booth in the Virtual Poster Session
• For colleges/universities, free registration for enrolled students  (the scope of this invitation will be limited to relevant students and mutually agreed upon)
• Recognition as a poster session sponsor, with your company/institution logo displayed on a sponsor page of the virtual conference (linking to your booth page)
• Recognition as a poster session sponsor on SCHC’s website, newsletter, and social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook) with your logo and a link to your website
• Recognition in the meeting agenda as a sponsor of the poster session
