Your membership in SCHC will help us continue to promote improvement of hazard communication for chemicals. We need and want your support and presence to provide opportunities through our conference and meetings, to exchange ideas and new developments. We welcome your membership in SCHC.

Membership dues may be deducted as a business expense. Memberships run per calendar year and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Tier 1: Full

Tier 2: Distinguished Service Membership

Tier 3a.: Reduced Membership, Student

Tier 3b.: Reduced Membership, Emeritus

Category Description

SCHC Members who are not categorized as Distinguished, Student, or Emeritus

SCHC Members who have:
 - maintained 25 years (non-concurrent) minimum membership duration with SCHC, and
- contributed 13 years (non-concurrent) of service to SCHC in roles including:
i. Committee Member
ii. Committee Chair
iii. Instructor
iv. Board of Directors Member 

SCHC Members enrolled in fulltime educational program and who are not currently earning income from a hazcom-related field. In order to be considered for this category, individuals must submit a request to [email protected]. Requests are reviewed and approved/denied by the SCHC President.

SCHC Members who have been a General Member of SCHC for a minimum of 10 years and who are no longer employed, including as a consultant. In order to be considered for this category, individuals must submit a request to [email protected]. Requests are reviewed and approved/denied by the SCHC President.
