EXHIBITOR / SPONSOR FAQs
SCHC is an organization based on individual memberships and, as such, all transactions must be applied to a specific individual.
- Platinum Sponsorship includes TWO meeting registrations which must be assigned at the time of registration. The primary registrant may fill out the online registration form. The secondary registrant must contact SCHC with their full contact information so the registration can be completed at no additional cost.
- Gold Sponsorship includes ONE meeting registration which must be assigned at the time of registration. The assigned registrant may fill out the online registration form.
- Each Exhibitor payment includes ONE meeting registration which must be assigned at the time of registration. The assigned registrant may fill out the online registration form.
- Additional individuals may attend the meeting by registering as such and paying the meeting registration fee.
- Additional individuals may attend the booth, not the meeting, by registering as such and paying the booth attendant fee. To qualify for this, your company must be a sponsor or exhibitor.
- Platinum and Gold Sponsors and Exhibitors each receive one customizable tradeshow booth in the Exhibit Hall (10’x10’). This includes one 6’ table and an electrical outlet. Any additional requests (for extra tables, phone lines, internet, etc.) must be arranged directly with the hotel.
- The exhibit hall is open the first day of the meeting (Tuesday) from 7:30a – 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and includes the reception.
- Set up for booths is available 12:00-6:00 the day before the meeting (Monday).
- The Hotel will provide security for the room Monday evening.
- Removal is available after the close of the reception. Arrangements to remove and ship your materials must be made directly with the hotel.
- Coffee and afternoon beverages and snacks will be available in the Exhibit Hall.
- Attendees may participate in the Passport game and get their cards “stamped” by each vendor to be entered in a drawing for several $100 gift cards which will be announced near the close of the reception. Exhibitors and Board Members are not eligible to participate in the drawing.
- Booths and sponsorships are on a first-come-first-served basis with payment.
- Exhibitors are welcome to attend the Exhibitor Committee meeting which is normally held immediately after the end of regular exhibit hours on Tuesday as an informal gathering in the exhibit hall.
